Statement from AEG Chairman Terry O’Flynn on departure of Brock Harrison

It is with both regret and excitement that I announce the resignation of Alberta Enterprise Group Vice President of Operations Brock Harrison, effective June 15, 2018.

Brock has accepted the position of Director of Communications in the Office of the Leader of the Official Opposition in Ottawa.

Since joining Alberta Enterprise Group in April of 2017, Brock has capably led our organization through a period of transition and change. He executed several successful events and initiatives, including our Canada Connects trade mission to Nevada in February, AEG’s successful trade mission focused on building bridges and opening new markets for Alberta business. His professionalism and dedication to the organization were sincerely appreciated by AEG members and all of our partners and stakeholders.

We look forward to seeing Brock contribute on the national stage in this exciting new career endeavour.

On behalf of AEG’s board of directors and members, I thank Brock for his service to our organization and wish he and his family all the best as they transition to the nation’s capital.

The AEG board of directors has initiated an immediate search for his successor.

Terry O’Flynn
